Key Features: -Heavy-Duty Capacity: 4-point contact design handles radial, axial, and moment loads in all directions. -Easy Mounting: Available with threaded or through holes for mounting. -Durability: High-quality alloy steel construction with induction hardened raceways for long-lasting performance. -Low Maintenance: Includes pre-installed grease fittings for easy relubrication. -Versatile: Perfect for many applications such as industrial, construction, and mining equipment. -Designed in the USA Installation & Maintenance: -Mounting Hardware: Use Grade 8 inch fasteners or Grade 10.9 metric fasteners. Periodically inspect fasteners during use to prevent loosening. -Greasing During Installation: Bearings are assembled and shipped with minimal grease to avoid leaking during storage and shipping. Bearings should be filled with EP2 lithium grease during installation. Rotate the bearing at least 2.5 times while pumping grease into the grease fitting. Continue pumping grease until it purges from beneath the seals. -Greasing During Use: Recommended grease interval of 100 hours for slow and intermittent operation, or 20 hours for high speed and continuous operation.
